We have teamed up with Wanderwomen Scotland to offer bespoke wellness retreats that include a variety of activities including:

1. Circular Hike: Aberlady Bay & Gullane (3-4 hours)

Explore the rich and varied coastline of Aberlady Bay and Gullane on a circular hike (approx. 10km). With space for silence, reflection, and connection to nature, this mindful walk includes:

  • Nature connection & art
  • Meditation moments
  • Optional yoga play
  • Bird watching (in season, including the spectacular geese migration in autumn)

 2. A Mindful Swimming Experience at Aberlady Bay (2 hours)

Awaken your senses and embrace the elements with a guided wild swim in the calm waters of Aberlady Bay. This mindful dip is all about presence, breath, and joy. Expect:

  • Gentle beach warm-up
  • Mindful movement and breathing
  • Safe, supported swim
  • Optional post-swim fire & reflection

3. Forestbathing at Gosford Estate (2 hours)

Find stillness among ancient trees in the serene grounds of nearby Gosford Estate. This gentle, grounding practice invites you to slow down and tune in:

  • Silent forest walk
  • Sensory awareness
  • Guided nature meditation
  • Optional nature-based creativity
